This Refund Policy applies to all credit purchases and transactions made on Pixora, operated by FPE FND IV LTD (Company No. 17100637). We want you to be satisfied with your experience and will work with you to resolve any issues.

2. Free Credits

Every new account receives 50 free credits upon registration. Free credits have no monetary value and are not eligible for refund or cash exchange.

3. Purchased Credits

Credits purchased through our platform are subject to the following refund terms:

  • Unused credits: If you have not used any purchased credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Partially used credits: If some credits have been consumed, we may issue a partial refund for the unused portion at our discretion, within 14 days of purchase.
  • Fully used credits: Credits that have been fully consumed through downloads or AI customisations are not eligible for refund.

4. Failed Transactions

If a download or AI customisation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits will be automatically refunded to your account balance. If credits are deducted but the asset is not delivered, please contact support and we will restore your credits promptly.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-10 business days.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
